Dinner Dances / Charity Balls with over 150 covers.
Our photographer/s would attend 15min prior to commencement of pre-dinner reception, and take colour photographs of couples / groups as they arrive. These photographs would be returned shortly after dinner is completed, and displayed for sale at £12.50 per 8" x 6" mounted print.

Meanwhile we would photograph each table during the early part of the meal. These would not be returned the same evening, but would need to be ordered from our sales people at the table. These would also cost £12.50 each.
We would also take any photographs of speeches etc. if required, but we would ask for confirmation of this beforehand. The only charge being per print ordered at £12.50 each.
There is no attendance fee payable for the above service.
